I’ll Take One of Everything From Gucci’s Fall 2026 Collection

By Alexus Mosley

There are fashion shows you admire. And then there are fashion shows where you start mentally calculating which credit card to emotionally abuse. Gucci Fall 2026 is titled Primavera (yes, like the Botticelli painting, because culture) and falls firmly into the second category.

For his highly anticipated debut at Gucci, Demna promised something “lighter, softer, more refined.” What he delivered was glamour with edge, no gimmick. And honestly? I’ll take one of everything. The tailoring alone deserves a thank-you note. Leather molded like armor but cut like second skin, while croc-textured jackets felt dangerous but polished. And then (because this is Gucci) a fur moment that said, “I summer in Milan but winter in power.”

The black-on-black looks were less dystopian and more decadent. Sleek knits, precise silhouettes, and sheer layers felt sensual without begging for attention. Demna didn’t abandon his sharpness, sanded the edges, making it chic. And then came the sparkle. Crystal trousers shimmered like they’d been dipped in champagne and eveningwear fit for the modern heiress. More than a revival, it felt like Gucci remembering who she is.

So yes, I’ll take the croc jacket, crystal trousers, sharp white suit, fur, sunglasses, and the attitude.

Thank you, Demna.

Sincerely, a very willing customer.
