From his unforgettable roles in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Sting, All the President’s Men, and The Way We Were to his Oscar-winning turn behind the camera in Ordinary People, Redford lived a life defined by artistry, integrity, and daring risks.
Beyond the screen, his founding of the Sundance Institute and Festival changed the face of cinema, creating a home for voices and stories that might never have been heard otherwise.
Robert Redford passed away peacefully at his home in Utah, surrounded by family.
