Victoria Beckham Pens Heartfelt Message to Family Amid Drama With Son Brooklyn Beckham

Victoria Beckham is choosing gratitude and grace amid ongoing family tensions.
Following her appointment as a Chevalière of France’s Order of Arts and Letters, the designer shared a heartfelt message thanking those closest to her. The message highlighted family support during a period marked by public strain with her eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham.
“I have always deeply admired the French aesthetic and the seriousness with which it treats fashion: as a form of art,” Beckham wrote in an Instagram post after the Jan. 26 ceremony in Paris. “So to be recognised here and embraced in this way is a profound privilege —one that reflects decades of commitment and dedication.” She went on to thank her business partners and family, offering special praise to husband David Beckham, whom she called her “original investor,” before concluding, “I couldn’t be more grateful, you are my everything xx.”
David Beckham attended the ceremony alongside the couple’s younger children (Romeo, Cruz, and Harper), as well as notable fashion figures including Anna Wintour, Haider Ackermann, Cindy Bruna, and Edward Enninful.
Victoria’s public expression of unity comes amid a widely reported rift with Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham. Earlier this month, Brooklyn addressed the estrangement in a series of Instagram Stories, alleging long-standing issues and stating he does not wish to reconcile at this time.
While the family dynamics continue to unfold publicly, Victoria’s message centered firmly on appreciation, legacy, and the support system that has accompanied her decades-long evolution from pop star to internationally respected designer.
