At the 2025 Kardashian-Jenner Christmas party, Kylie Jenner delivered a beauty moment that truly felt like a holiday gift to us all. Her longtime friend and makeup artist, Ariel Tejada, departed from the “clean girl aesthetic” that the beauty mogul and media personality has begun to embrace in more recent years, opting instead for a dual-toned smokey eye complete with spider-like, wispy lashes, crimson flushed cheeks atop her porcelain skin, and a warm brick-toned matte lip, softly framed with a deep wine liner.

Her sculptural, braided updo, seemingly inspired by How the Grinch Stole Christmas’s Cindy Lou, stole the show, adding a touch of holiday whimsy. Anchoring the Dark Feminine beauty was a body-hugging strapless black-and-white archival gown by John Galliano from the Fall/Winter 1995 collection. This canvas allowed the hair and makeup to command the moment.
