Brooklyn Beckham Accuses His Parents of Sabotaging His Marriage in Emotional Post

Brooklyn Beckham is speaking out, and he’s not holding back.
The eldest son of David Beckham and Victoria Beckham shared a lengthy and emotional Instagram Stories post accusing his parents of attempting to sabotage his marriage to Nicola Peltz while prioritizing publicity and brand image over family relationships.
After months of speculation surrounding tension within the Beckham family, Brooklyn Beckham addressed the rumors directly, claiming that he has remained silent for years while his parents and their team allegedly continued to feed stories to the press.
“I have been silent for years and have made every attempt to keep these matters private,” Brooklyn wrote. “Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.”
Brooklyn went on to state plainly, “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
In his post, Brooklyn cited multiple instances where he believes his relationship with Nicola was undermined, including during their 2022 wedding. People previously reported that Victoria Beckham allegedly disrupted a key moment at the ceremony, an account Brooklyn confirmed, writing that he felt “humiliated.”
The post follows months of visible distance between Brooklyn and Nicola and the rest of the Beckham family. Fans have noted the couple’s absence from family holidays, milestones, and social media interactions, further fueling speculation of a rift.
Perhaps most striking was Brooklyn’s criticism of what he described as his family’s prioritization of image over intimacy. “My family values public promotion and endorsements above all else,” he wrote. “Brand Beckham comes first. Family ‘love’ is decided by how much you post on social media, or how quickly you drop everything to show up and pose for a family photo.”
The statement marks one of the most explicit public fractures within the Beckham family to date, transforming what once was quiet speculation into a deeply personal and public reckoning.
As of now, neither David nor Victoria Beckham has publicly responded to Brooklyn’s claims.
