Ariana Grande is putting safety first.
The pop superstar has postponed three stops on her Eternal Sunshine Tour, rescheduling one show in New York City and two in Boston after production challenges raised safety concerns.
“We are so sorry for these unfortunate scheduling changes,” Grande shared on her Instagram Story. “This was our best and safest option as these challenges with production have come to our attention.”
She continued, “The utmost important thing to us all is safety, first and foremost, and also making sure you all see the show how it is intended to run. Thank you so much for your understanding, and I cannot wait to see you.”
As a result, Ariana’s July 12 performance at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center has been moved to July 14. The venue said the change was made to ensure the show’s full production could be delivered “safely and as intended.” Her remaining Brooklyn concerts on July 16, 18, and 19 will go on as scheduled.
In Boston, her July 22 concert has been rescheduled to July 23, while the July 24 show will now take place on July 26.
All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new dates, and ticket holders will receive additional information directly from their venues.
Grande’s Eternal Sunshine Tour kicked off earlier this month and is scheduled to continue across the United States before concluding with performances in London later this summer.
